Corporate Culture Change

 

Client: Sunrise Brands

Over time, employees can easily lose sight of the significant part they play in the success of the larger team. I identified the need for a morale-boosting corporate culture shift, so conceived and directed two creative projects; both of which won industry awards.

People, places and processes. 

The concept was to create a diverse, high-quality library of images for branded corporate content, while simultaneously humanizing the supply chain. I commissioned photographer Betsy Winchell, after recognizing her gift for capturing her subjects’ power and dignity, and our body of work was awarded Corporate Design Category Winner in the PDN photography annual.

The Small Gestures Campaign

I also conceived and directed a branded set of company mugs, as a way of delivering an uplifting message of thanks to every employee. Interwoven with the message of thanks, was a plea to reduce daily waste in the office place.

Winning a prestigious AIGA (Re)design Award, the campaign was an outstanding success across the board; orders of Styrofoam cups ceased as employees began to use and reuse their mugs with a new sense of pride.
