Curation For Ideation

Client: Ogilvy Advertising

I was appointed to source the latest and greatest creative work, from both emerging and established international talent, to drive the creative standard and inspire the ideation process for Ogilvy’s integrated advertising campaigns.

In addition to working with 30+ creative teams on pitches, strategic planning and live campaigns, I managed a creative library in the heart of the agency, and I realized I needed a vehicle to share all the incredible work I was finding.


 

I recruited a team of talented collaborators (graphic designer/art director, video editor, commercial printer), and conceived, edited and published the quarterly Showcase magazine & showreel. I also curated a varied program of agency exhibitions, shorts screenings and portfolio reviews.

Showcase magazine became a resounding success throughout the Ogilvy network, resulting in an extended distribution throughout WPP agencies and European offices.
